The VITAL project is an intense professional development leadership experience for principals and superintendents in Virginia. This initiative recognizes the need for Virginias educational leaders to be given rich and relevant experiences that take advantage of the power of technology to support and improve teaching, learning, and leadership in Virginias schools. To find out more about the initiative, which was funded in part by a grant from The Bill and Melissa Gates Foundation, visit the state-wide homepage: http://www.virginiaedleaders.org. This website accompanies the training provided for divisions in Regions 2 and 3. Use the links above to explore the resources.
